A Management Dashboard provides up to date information on a project or system at hand. It is composed of system and process metrics based on specific management goals. System metrics show information on system performance and may include fault density, elapse process time and user experience.
Process metrics are the key performance indicators of effectivity and efficiency of development and testing processes like productivity, velocity or defect removal efficiency.
A dashboard helps management to predict the effects of process improvement.
